We had a lovely evening making and eating Pizza (Or Calzone!). If you'd like the recipe we used just ask! =)

We went to the Fat Cat and had a lovely time chatting and eating crisps!

We celebrated Laura's 20th Birthday by going to Old Orleans for drinks. We then went for a lovely Chinese buffet at the Golden Dragon in Ipswich. We had a lovely evening with lots of laughs.

Five members of Ipswich-based group Deben Rotaract club gained an amazing insight into living life without sight.

Monday 17th August - a wonderful summers days. You could say it was the perfect day for a celebration in a beautiful historical coastal town.

We celebrated Adele's birthday with a delicious curry at a restaurant in Kesgrave. We finished with a slice of birthday cake which didn't quite look as Helen intended it too!

Deben Rotaract held a Pub Quiz in aid of local charity Out and About.

We marshaled the Music on the Green Car boot sale which is the main fundraiser of the Martelsham music festival day.

Three members of Deben Rotaract (Helen, Claire and Adele) completed the 5km race at Trinity Park in aid of Cancer Research UK. We had a fantastic time and raised £380 for the charity.

On a Grey and overcast evening 4 rotaractors braved the woods at Orwell county park to complete the orienteering challenge.
